Years ago, I came across Management 3.0 a mindset and a lot of practical advice on how to have engaged employees. I visited courses, began to practice and saw that productivity can be achieved by having happy people.
More recently I came across "Strategic leadership" which perfectly described my leadership style: using creative problem-solving skills and strategic vision to help team members and an organization achieve long-term goals and success.
Over the years I continuously improved my leadership skills, not only as line manager, but also in other positions like Project Manager or Product Owner. Focusing on enabling and enhancing team efficiency while keeping the business goals at the forefront, the outcome wasn't just increased productivity; it also led to a positive and enjoyable work culture with focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
Experience & Expertise
CTO
As CTO and member of the Executive Board at Datasport AG, I was responsible for the areas of software development and operations. I was involved in the strategic direction of the company in these areas and played an active role in the product management.
I was responsible for 15 employees which I motivated and empowered, two of them became responsible for Software Development and Operations and Infrastructure as direct reports to me. One of my key achievements was establishing a nearshoring development team, that collaborated seamlessly with our local team, forming one Scrum team.

I established and developed the Simferopol location in Ukraine for Migon Software. With a team of 11 developers and a business partner, we successfully delivered software development services to clients in the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
