I have successfully managed a variety of both local and international software development projects throughout my career. I have build an outsourcing company using local and offshoring subcontractors.
During my career I've also held roles as a customer project manager for numerous employers, overseeing projects in software development, ERP implementation, digital signage, IAM and digital signature.
In various roles, I've had opportunities to enhance and digitize processes, offering a chance for continuous optimization. This applied particularly to areas such as CRM, Customer Project Management, Software Development and PMO.

In 2016, I attended preparation courses, and by 2017, I had successfully obtained my PMP certification.
IT Transformation
In my role as CTO and Project Manager, I led a transformative initiative to redevelop all existing applications within Datasport.
Our journey commenced by defining clear goals and high-level requirements aligned with Datasport's long-term strategy. Workshops were conducted for each application, enabling stakeholders to articulate market and client needs.
With a well-defined direction, I crafted a new architecture and established milestones for the systematic transition of all applications into a scalable, cloud-only solution.
The development team, once set up, focused initially on the events and marketing management portal. Here, we collaboratively built an online registration system for athletes. Automated processes managed by business owners ensured the timely delivery of requirements.
A pivotal aspect of the project involved internal change management and migration processes to guarantee a seamless transition for our clients. Three years down the road, the majority of the 250 clients have been successfully migrated, enjoying a modern and revamped application.
Datasport now stands well-prepared for the future, armed with modern applications ready to capture a significant market share.
